I had a comfortable stay in a deluxe king room with a lovely river view. The shower was great, and the hotel staff was accommodating. However, the room could use better lighting for makeup application, and there was irregularity with housekeeping services, such as missing toiletries on some days. Additionally, the breakfast options were limited and overpriced.

Housekeeping should definitely step up their game!!! Irregular room service created some unnecessary inconvenience. The water temperature was inconsistent, which was a real letdown during the stay. Better lighting options for makeup application in rooms would be beneficial!!!
